The Coimbatore District Cricket Association played an important role in ensuring she could continue officiating matches and pursuing her passion.
Today, Rithika Shri stands on cricket fields as a respected umpire, earning recognition through her professionalism and dedication. Players address her as “Ma’am,” acknowledging both her authority and identity. Every match she officiates reflects years of perseverance, resilience, and unwavering belief in herself.
